But today was hard. I felt very unmotivated but I did it. And I am proud of myself. Most of the determination to just do it came from Ellen. She chose what we did so I just had to do as I was told. On the days when motivation just isn&#8217;t there I find it helps to have someone else telling me what to do &#8211; whether it&#8217;s Ellen or following a video!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We followed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CHyZ_sGA99B\/\">Whitney Simmons<\/a> Arm Workout from her Instagram page &#8211; we love her! She seems like a wonderful human. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also find that having a routine during the week really helps me on days when I cannot be bothered. I have never been able to workout in the mornings&#8230; It takes quite a lot of willpower to walk down the stairs and make a cup of tea &#8211; let alone go for a run or do a workout! After sitting around in front of the computer all day though I can do anything so I workout around 5 or 6 pm depending on when I finish work. That&#8217;s what works for me. I can&#8217;t wait for this lockdown to finish so my friends can come over to train too!
